Today was the first day of the kids back to school and me back to work.
My goals from last night were:
1) Eat clean breakfast - done - oatmeal with berries and almond slices
2) Take lunch to work - done - pork loin left over from Sunday night with brown rice and carrots
3) Quick clean dinner - done - thank you to Scott who made dinner. Roasted chicken, brown rice and grilled peppers.
To be honest I got to cheat a bit because I was in the office all day.
Sorry no pictures today it was that kind of busy day and Breakfast and lunch were both repeats.
On a positive note today is my 8th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately as our love has grown so have we so our commitment to each other on this anniversary is to be healthy.
Last night we watched a new show Village on a Diet, it also renewed our commitment to make sure our kids our healthy.
Repeat, and ensure good water intake.
