Night time is hard

Tonight's dinner was Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Carrots and CousCous.
The CousCous was a miss for me, but Scott seemed to like it.

Now we are into the most challenging part of the evening, snack time.
Since I did not eat the Couscous I am probably more hungry than I expected to me. Its really hard when the kids are eating ice cream afterr dinner and there are so many left over Christmas treats in the house.

I have decided to make some clean guacamole and baked whole wheat pitas hopefully that will keep me out of the treats.

  1. try making the couscous with 1/2 veggie or chicken broth (CE or course) instead of water. It give it a better taste :)
