If only vacation was tomorrow.

Today was a very rare day. Scott and I both had the day off and the kids were at daycare and school. We had discussed going out to eat, but decided that it would be more difficult to eat clean out so we opted to go out for coffee.

While out we spent some time planning our dining reservations for our upcoming Disney Trip. Yes the trip is not until August, but dining reservations need to be made 6 months in advance (no I'm not kidding) so we are right on time to prepare. It was a little weird planning vacation food while having just started my clean eating plan, but I will worry about that in August.

Now if only I could make vacation tomorrow I would be set, but no, tomorrow marks the return to our normal schedule and my first big challenge. Planning and eating clean when you are home is one thing, but balancing that with getting the kids off to school and me off to work is another.

Goals for Tomorrow
- plan and eat a clean breakfast
- pack lunch for work
- quick clean dinner
- get water in while at work
I do also want to start incorporating exercise into my plan, but I think I need to take it one step at a time.

Today's meals and food pictures -

Breakfast (below)- plain oatmeal sweetened with dark brown cane sugar and honey topped with slivered almonds and blueberries

Lunch (above) - tuna with homemade clean tzatziki and cucumbers on Toasted 12 grain bread.
Sliced cucumbers.

Dinner (photo not avail)
Whole wheat pasta
Tomato Sauce loaded with veggies
Shrimp

  2. The problem is that I am not that organized. Posting a day at a time is about as good as it is going to get. I feel right now that I have support from all around b/c Scott is really motivated too. Also at work we are starting Weight Watchers so again there is a group of people around me with the same goal.

Now I just have to get to the gym, but one thing at a time.
